You have to be living under a rock to have missed the many Carly Rae Jepsen ?Call Me Maybe? parodies. There?s the Obama one, the Harvard one, the US Olympic swim team one, the Miami Cheer Leaders one and my personal favorite, the bearded guy in the swimsuit one ? just watching peoples reaction to his prancing around can?t help but bring a smile to your face

A friend mentioned a real estate version created by a North Caroline REALTOR but it seems to have been taken offline. Unfortunately it?s not the only one created by someone in the industry; there?s one from Liz Lutz, a Philly Realtor, another by ERA King Real Estate, one by Team Chais and probably many others out there or being created.
