I find myself with the same placement a year later. So far, we've had court Sep 2011/Mar 2012/June 2012/Aug 2012. I'm waiting to hear if the judge and parents signed off on NEWest ISP. Also waiting to hear back on youngest kiddo's dependency hearing. I should know by Tuesday.
I just want the judge to spell it out. In the CW's mind, the plan should be that the kids not return home until
1- parents have completed drug treatment program in May 2013.
2-Dad's MH treatment continue and that he adhere to medication so he won't have violent episodes in the home.
3-The nuclear family (parents and 3kids) have their own separate and permanent residence.
But can they legally say this? This would also mean that they would be planning to keep the kids in fostercare for 24 months.
